Technokomplex announces new delivery and chief-installation of the Pirotex pyrolysis plants. Chief-installation of two Pirotex units with the capacity of 5 tons each took place in Tatarstan in April 2014 and in May the Pirotex unit of 5 tons of feedstock per day was delivered and installed in Vladivostok. Technokomplex wishes its partners successful operation of the equipment!

In order to develop the market for recycling and utilization of scrap tires, mechanical rubber goods, waste oils, oil sludge, plastics and wood waste in South America, Africa and Asia, the Technokomplex company introduces new terms of cooperation, involving special prices for the pyrolysis plants in these regions.Pyrolysis plant cost for South América, África and Asia is lower now!

The Technokomplex company informs on the new approach to equipment manufacturing. Starting from the New Year two original equipment sets - BUSINESS and ECONOMY - are introduced. The BUSINESS set remains the same. The orders for the ECONOMY set are to be fulfilled by respected outsourcing manufacturing plants.

Technokomplex announces one more type of new equipment: KVARK-500 Drum Furnace for Gas-vapour Activation of Carbon-Containing Feedstock. The furnace allows activation of pyrolysis product (carbon-containing residue) and carbonize products like brown coal, bituminous coal, anthracite, peat, wood, vegetation wastes (walnut, coconut and other nuts shell, fruit tree pits, rice husk).

Technokomplex begins offering for sale UGLAS-800 Gas Generator from the Zhelezno manufacturing plant. The Gas Generator allows gasification of such types of solid fuel as brown coal, bituminous coal, anthracite, peat, pyrolysis carbon briquettes, coal dust (culm) and sludge briquettes and briquettes from agricultural wastes.

Upon a client request Technokomplex presents the Pirotex pyrolysis plant layout with total capacity of 140 tons of feedstock per day. The document forms an idea of how the infrastructure of small scale pyrolysis plant for recycling and utilization of mechanical rubber goods, scrap tires, oil sludge, plastics and waste oils is organized.

The Ukranian delegation came to visit Technokomplex on September 25th. The guests visited the manufacturing plant where the equipment for recycling and utilization of mechanical rubber goods, scrap tires, waste oils and oil sludge is produced.

New photos from installation process of the Pirotex pyrolysis plants in Murmansk Region, Russia and Colombia became available on Technokomplex website.

Commissioning of the Pirotex pyrolysis plant took place in the city of Miass in August 2013. Photos from the site of equipment operation are available.

The experts of Technokomplex and Jelezno have visited Naberezhnye Chelny in August 2013 and have consulted the Customer on the Pirotex pyrolysis plant operation at the place of its installation.
