At the request of the buyer the additional equipment used for automation of manufacture and reception of commercial fractions of technical carbon and fuel black oil will be delivered.

Manufacture consists of the following areas:

1. Raw material storage;
2. Raw materials parting area;
3. Area of pyrolysis of industrial rubber products;
4. Area of carbon processing;

From the warehouse tires get to the raw materials parting area. With the help of shears here there is a preparation - parting - of tires for the further processing. After that already prepared rubber gets to the plant where take place the pyrolysis of the industrial rubber products. During this process rubber decompose into technical carbon, steel cord, fuel black oil and gas.

25 % of gas goes back in a reactor, for maintenance of constant temperature of burning, and products of processing get in special collections, whence they are delivered to a place of cooling by pendant road and further - to area of processing of carbon and fuel black oil. Here carbon is released from steel cord and powdered till the size of commercial fractions, and fuel black oil is exposed distillation.

Products of processing industrial rubber goods deliver to area of end products storage and where they wait shipments to buyers.

The plant works round the clock at any temperature of an environment and at any time year. And, alongside with other complexes of similar type, "Constant - 6" has competitive advantage: working reactor has 2 lines of allocating gases are in parallel located that allows serially clean both lines without stopping thus work of plant. Thus, in a reactor of pyrolysis the constant temperature is maintained due to what there is no burn-out of its walls (it's prolong service life of the equipment), and also productivity of work of the installation raises (there are no technical breaks for service).
