The equipment for melt of pig-iron the cupola furnace Zhiva

The cupola furnace Zhiva is new equipment for pig-iron smelting from a metal breakage. In contrast to the other similar equipment we offer to realize developing technology of reception of various pig-iron marks - SBM (smooth blowing of melt in small bubbling mode).

The basic characteristics cupola furnace Zhiva:

• power consumption - 2 kw/h;
• productivity - 250-350 kg/hour  of liquid melt;
• production kinds - founding, refined, modified pig-iron;
• possibility to make chemical heating;
• possibility to receive a product with the lowered content of carbon;
• possibility to meltdown of copper breakage.

This technology wais tested in industrial conditions and has shown high efficiency. This equipment has appeared as a result of practical, theoretical and research activity of joint experts of Open Company Zhelezno (Russia) and Open Company NPVP Energotep (Ukraine).  The developed SBM technology has copyright certificates and patents.

Applied construction, productivity and application of SBM technology will allow small and medium enterprises to receive competitive production in comparison with the pig -iron made by the large enterprises.
