Pirotex - installation of the closed pyrolysis
Pirotex is essentially new equipment working with use of a method of closed pyrolysis. Any kinds of mechanical rubber goods can be utilized by Pirotex. At recycling of mechanical rubber goods and the life-expired tyre covers in installation of the closed pyrolysis it turns out greater volume of liquid fuel in comparison with installations of open pyrolysis
Pirotex possesses the raised ecological compatibility. There is absolute minimum of emissions. The equipment is as much as possible automated, that has allowed reducing human work to elementary operations: to load and unload crucible from the furnace.
Recycling of mechanical rubber goods and automobile tyre covers in installation Pirotex allows to receive products of processing of higher quality.

It is applied as liquid fuel for steam generating units or as a substitute of furnace oil. Distillation is applicable with the purpose of reception of various mineral oil (benzine, solar oil, oil, resins, etc.)

It is applied as solid fuel, and it's possible to use for the preparation of the modified liquid fuel. It's also can be applied as sorbent, a substitute of absorbent coal, as filler at manufacturing new industrial rubber products of irresponsible assignment, as a dye for paint-and-varnish and cement and other productions, and also as filler of rubber-bitumastics and as utilizer of mercuric substances (in lamps and so forth).
